Teri Arieti

Teri Arieti is an Executive Functioning coach and certified ADHD/Anxiety professional with nearly twenty years of experience. She started her career in the private sector, continued in the charter school system as a 5th grade teacher and finished in the private sector as a 6th grade classroom teacher, before relocating to the North Shore in 2018.
Teri is skilled in adapting traditional academic curriculum or work force to support those with executive functioning challenges. She knows how to write, read and implement IEP and 504 goals to help students find success in their academics. As an EF coach and ADHD/Anxiety professional, not only does Teri present material in ways that are engaging, thoughtful and capture the student’s attention, but she is also skilled in connecting with kids who are non traditional learners (2E, SPD, ADHD and EFD).
While working alongside college aged students and adults, Teri focuses on settingrealistic goals that allow one to focus on time and project management, working memory, mental flexibility, emotional regulation.
Teri is a graduate of the University of Kansas and holds a Masters in Education from DePaul University. She’s happily settled in the North Shore with her husband and two children.
