I am Whitney Pasch, and I use therapeutic yoga to help people with persistent pain, anxiety, and depression. I take into account each client's abilities, current conditions, and goals. My classes are gentle, emphasizing breath awareness and a compassionate mind-body relationship.
I have bee practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2012. I completed Inner Peace Yoga Therapy's 800-hour training in January 2018. I was initially drawn to yoga to maintain strength, mobility, and mental clarity while rehabbing from a running injury. My yoga therapy training came years later, following 2 herniated disc injuries that affected my daily lifestyle and mental health.
